My primary focus is on functional training to help you move better in life. Although in a post-2020 world I find I am primarily helping people prepare for their weddings and healthy snapback post-pregnancy. The mind-body connection and mental health are also incredibly important to me and will be integrated. I’m passionate about helping people look and feel their best! I’ve worked with beginners, advanced fitness enthusiasts, musicians on tours, grandmas at home, students, lawyers, CFOs - you name it.
